Fátima Lopes

Fátima Lopes ( born March 8, 1965 in Funchal) is a Portuguese fashion designer.

Life

Even as a teenager, she was interested in fashion and tailored garments themselves, from dissatisfaction with the offer of stores in Madeira. She worked, thanks to their language skills as a tour guide in Madeira, before they moved to Lisbon in 1990. It opened with a girlfriend a boutique called Versus in the Avenida de Roma, where they sold imported fashion. When they found nothing in the Shopping in Paris for her boutique in 1992 in his own words, she liked, she began to design his own fashion and to sell. The store was called henceforth Fátima Lopes.

Since 1994, Fátima Lopes was present at the Paris fashion shows, and opened in 1996, own branch.
