History

The club was founded on January 7, 1928.

Men's team

Getting more attention reached the men's team of FC Denzlingen in the 1987/88 season, when they rise as champions of the district league Freiburg in the national league, and two years later made ​​it into the regional league Südbaden managed. Women's team

The first major success was the women's soccer team FC Denzlingen in the 2005 /06 achieve, as the District Cup was won with a 2-1 final win against FC Wolfenweiler / sound city.
