Felix Weber

Felix Weber ( born December 1, 1960 in Haßfurt ) is a German composer and music producer.

Life

At the age of six, he began classical piano training. At fourteen, he played in his first band. Further more professional bands followed. With 17 years Weber has toured with an American cover band by the officer clubs stationed in Bavaria U.S. Army. A short time later, he joined the band " Rockets " which played in Northern Bavaria. At this time, Felix Weber learned his composer partner Irmgard plain man, with whom he composed and produced since then. Both are known as a duo under the names of composers "Sure man / Weber".

In 1978, Weber produced together with Irmgard plain man his first record in Gallows Hill Studio ( " Saturday night "). He met the American producer and drummer Todd Canedy, in which he learned how productions have sound that will withstand international competition. A short time later, Weber set up his own recording studio.

1981 Weber received the offer in the Bavarian band " Relax" to enter. Television appearances, gold records, and contacts in the music industry were the result of his six-year exposures to relax. During this time, Weber also composed for artists such as Mandy Winter, Kristina Bach, Alexis, Wolfgang Fierek, Guillermo Marchena, Hans Hartz, Veronika Fischer and Bernie Paul. In 1987 he got out at the Relax and focused on his international career.

Since Weber was fascinated by American music, he began to compose for the American market, which earned him his first Top 40 hit in 1988 in the U.S. with Tracie Spencer ( " Symptoms of True Love" ). In 1992, Weber his first number 1 and number 2 hit in the U.S. charts with the singer Chaka Khan recorded ( " Love you all my lifetime "). Chaka Khan's album "The woman I am" was awarded a Grammy and Weber's Song was awarded the ASCAP Award of the American Society of Authors and Publishers. That same year, Weber was described together with his partner Irmgard plain man in an American Billboard magazine article as Germany's most successful authors. Further publications with Paul Anka, La Toya Jackson, Leo Sayer, Toni Braxton, La Bouche, Beverley Knight, Jennifer Rush, Seiko Matsuda, Randy Crawford, Vanessa Amorosi, Expose, Nancy Wilson and Boney James.

Weber moved in the late 1990s in the United States, where he founded a production company in Atlanta.
