Fernando Pisani
Fernando Pisani (* December 27, 1976 in Edmonton, Alberta ) is an Italian- Canadian professional ice hockey player. Most recently, he played for Södertälje SK in the HockeyAllsvenskan on the position of the right winger.
Career
Pisani was selected by 103 points reached in 58 games with the St. Albert Saints of the Alberta Junior Hockey League, in the eighth round at 195th position from the Edmonton Oilers in the NHL Entry Draft in 1996. First Pisani played but four years for the Providence College in the play mode of the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
For the 2000/01 season Pisani was finally taken by the Oilers under contract, the him. In the 2008 /09 season, the striker fell after only 16 games again due to injury. After only 40 completed games, with a total of eight -reach points in the season 2009/10, the contract ran out with the Oilers. In August 2010, Pisani signed a temporary one-year contract with the Chicago Blackhawks.
