Francis Joseph Christian

Francis Joseph Christian ( born October 8, 1942 in Peterborough, New Hampshire, USA) is Auxiliary Bishop of Manchester.

Life

Francis Joseph Christian received on 29 June 1968, the sacrament of Holy Orders.

On April 2, 1996, Pope John Paul II appointed titular bishop of Quincy and appointed him as Auxiliary Bishop of Manchester. The Bishop of Manchester, Leo Edward O'Neil, donated to him on 14 May of the same year, the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were Bishop Emeritus of Manchester, Odore Joseph Gendron, and the Bishop of Portland, Joseph John Gerry, OSB.
