Francisco Domingo Barbosa Da Silveira ( born March 26, 1944 in Tambores, Uruguay ) is a retired bishop of Minas.

Life

After leaving school, Barbosa studied Catholic theology. After completing his studies, he was ordained priest on 17 June 1972.
