Frank Moore Cross

Frank Moore Cross Jr. ( born July 13, 1921 in Ross, California, † 17 October 2012 in Rochester, New York) was an American Old Testament scholar and Paläograf at Harvard University.

Cross studied at Maryville College (BA) and at McCormick Theological Seminary (BD ); at Johns Hopkins University, he received his doctorate ( Ph.D.). He was last seen Hancock Professor of Hebrew and Other Oriental Languages ​​Emeritus at Harvard Divinity School.
