Fylkir
ÍF Fylkir is an Icelandic football club in the Pepsideild, the first Icelandic league. The seat of the association is in Reykjavík. The stadium has a capacity of 4000 Fylkisvöllur viewers. Team colors are orange and black.
History
The club was founded in 1967. The first ascent in the top flight for the 1989 season succeeded and ended, as well as the second in 1993 and third in 1996 with the straight back down. For the year 2000, they qualified again and was directly runner-up. Since then plays in the Icelandic league Pepsideild. Even at the first International appearance in the UEFA Cup 2001 /02 there were in qualifying a sensational victory against Pogon Szczecin Poland. History's last international appearance was one in the 2010/11 season in qualifying for the UEFA Europa League and lost against Torpedo Zhodzina from Belarus.
