Gaoming District
Gaoming (高明 区, pinyin: Gaoming ) is a municipality of the city of Foshan in south China's Guangdong Province.
On 8 December 2002, the district-free city Gaoming (高明 市) was dissolved and made into a district of Foshan city.
Geography
The municipality is located in Gaoming eastern branches of the River West River, the little below - goes into the Pearl River - Guangzhou at.

Management
The municipality Gaoming belongs to the prefecture-level city of Foshan. Traffic
Gaoming is traffic- not particularly well connected. The railway line from Guangzhou to the west by Maoming and Guangzhou - Foshan - Kaiping Highway leading north past the city district area. Important is the bridge that crosses the East River in Gaoming District and binds to the transport network of the metropolitan area of Guangzhou.
