His design of a comprehensive theory of knowledge reflects the discussion at that time field between Dilthey 's philosophy of life, Heidegger's fundamental ontology and phenomenology of Husserl contrary, the mixing has also shown in his published in 1930 and after 1933 " to higher instruction" eingestampften book life philosophy and phenomenology and critically examine to which Gadamer 1991 in retrospect remarked: " today, I can barely imagine what the sowing has mitbewirkt in these preparatory years in which my own hermeneutical philosophy, ..., showed her first germs that spread Georg Misch in his major critical book had. " 1935 mix was distributed on racial grounds of the Nazi government from his teaching post.
