George Clayton Johnson

George Clayton Johnson ( * July 10, 1929 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States) is an American screenwriter and film actor.

Life

Johnson was a sought-after author, especially in the 1960s and 1970s. So he wrote among other things the script for the first episode of the hit television series Star Trek, The Last of its kind Other notable work was carried out in The Twilight Zone and Kung Fu.

He also wrote the novel about Frankie and his cronies; The film was remade in 2001 under the title Ocean's Eleven with George Clooney in the lead role.
