George Talbot, 6th Earl of Shrewsbury

George Talbot, 6th Earl of Shrewsbury KG (* 1528; ? † November 18, 1590 ) was an English nobleman.

He was the fourth husband of Bess of Hardwick. He was honored with the Order of the Garter and guardian of Mary Stuart during the 14 years of their captivity in Sheffield. His grave is located in the Shrewsbury Chapel in the Cathedral of Sheffield.
