Germán Silva

Germán Silva ( Germán Silva Martínez, born January 9, 1968 in Zacatlán, Puebla ) is a retired Mexican long-distance runner, who was especially successful in the marathon.

Silva began his career as a hurdler. In the 3,000-meter steeplechase he won in 1990 at the Central American and Caribbean Games and finished in 1991 at the Pan American Games in sixth place.
