Gloucester cheese

Double Gloucester [ dʌbl̩ glɒstə ] is an aromatic, butte -engined, soft cheese that is with annatto, a natural coloring agent, dyed and so receives a warm straw yellow color.

Produces the cheese in the form of large flat round cheeses, from which smaller cut out for the sale. The Traditional Double Gloucester is sold maturity after six to nine months. Alternatively, the cheese is matured in cloths, which give it a rustic flavor.

For the production of cheese Gloucester particularly the milk of the cows is used Gloucester.
