The Gowan Glacier is a glacier about 28 km long in the Heritage Range, the southern part of the Antarctic Ellsworthgebirges. The head of the glacier is located near the Cunningham Peak. The glacier was mapped by the United States Geological Survey as part of the compilation of Ellsworthgebirges in the years 1961-1966 through site surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy.
