Graciliano Ramos

Graciliano Ramos ( born October 27, 1892 in Quebrangulo / Alagoas in Brazil, † March 20, 1953 in Rio de Janeiro) was a Brazilian storyteller and author.

In his novels and autobiographical works Ramos described the development of Northeast Brazil.
