Günter Faltin

Günter Faltin ( born November 25, 1944 in Bamberg ) is a German high school teacher and co-founder of Tea Campaign.

Life

Günter Faltin studied economics in St. Gallen ( Switzerland ) and Tübingen ( 1964-1968 ) and his doctorate ( 1969-1972 ) at the University of Konstanz. In 1977 he was appointed professor at the Free University of Berlin, where he set up the work area and Entrepreneurship initiated. Since 2013 he has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Chiang Mai.

He was appointed to multi-year DAAD Visiting Professorships in Asia and held scientific lectures and workshops, including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Russia, Ukraine, South Korea and India. Faltin was 1984-1988 Vice- President of the German Action Group for Education - invention - innovation ( THERE ), Berlin section. In 1999 he founded the " Laboratory for Entrepreneurship" at the Free University of Berlin, which was adapted in 2000 by the Innovation Campus Wolfsburg. He was 2000-2003 expert in the project " Entrepreneurship in Education and Training in Russia, Ukraine and Brazil," the European Training Foundation ( an institution of the EU ).

In 1985, he was the founder of the company Projektwerkstatt GmbH and initiated the " Tea Campaign "; this is since 1995, according to the Tea Board of India, the largest importer of Darjeeling tea world.
