Guyon Fernandez

Guyon Fernandez ( born April 18, 1986 in Den Haag, South Holland) is a Dutch footballer who is a professional at Feyenoord in Rotterdam under contract.

Career

Fernandez began his professional career in his hometown at ADO Den Haag, for which he played eleven times in the 2007/ 08 season in the Eerste Divisie and scored one goal. After the climb, he was, however, under new coach André Wetzel no playing time in the first team anymore, so he moved to SBV Excelsior Rotterdam in the winter break of 2008/ 09. In his two and a half years there, the positions on all usable in the attack striker could evolve, and stood in the 2010/11 season for Excelsior 31 times on the field, where he scored ten goals.

For the 2011/12 season Fernandez moved to Feyenoord - and thus to the club whose fan he was already since childhood. In the summer of 2013 he was loaned for a year at PEC Zwolle.
