Gymnastics at the 1980 Summer Olympics
The XXII. 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow found 14 competitions held in Gymnastics, eight for men and six for women. Venue for the gymnastics competition was the Lenin Sports Palace. Alexander Dityatin most successful athlete of the Games, took in all eight gymnastics competitions of the men a medal. The competitions were dominated by the athletes in the USSR, in 9 out of 14 competitions secured the title.
