Hacı Mehmet Zorlu

Hacı Mehmet Zorlu (* 1919 in Babadag, Denizli; † 7 May 2005 Istanbul) was a Turkish entrepreneur and founder of the group Zorlu Holding.

Biography

In 1953 he founded the company in his home town of Babadag near Denizli. Until 1961 he headed the company, and then handed it to his two sons Ahmet Nazif and Zeki.

Hacı Mehmet married in 1938 Saide Katranci. The marriage produced three children, two sons Ahmet Nazif and Zeki and a daughter Müzeyyen.
