Hamid Ismail Khalifa (Arabic إسماعيل حامد خليفة; born September 12, 1987 in Doha) is a Qatari footballer. He plays the position of defender.

Playing career

He began his professional career in 2006 in his hometown at al -Arabi, in which he ran aground the next three seasons in the Qatar Stars League and was involved over long distances in a relegation battle, which was successfully met. In 2009, he moved to Al- Rayyan Sports Club, where he arrived on 19 games and scored three goals in his first season. In the 2010/11 season he played with Afonso Alves, Marcelo Bordon and Amara Diané in the team.

His international debut for the Qatar national football team he graduated in 2008.
