Hans-Jürgen Buchner
Hans -Jürgen Buchner (born 27 December 1944 in Bernau bei Berlin ) is a German musician, composer of film music and the head of the Lower Bavarian group Haindling.
Life and career
Hans -Jürgen Buchner was born the son of a veterinarian Regensburg and its coming from the Brandenburg woman in Bernau bei Berlin. Shortly after birth, the mother with paternal moved to Regensburg Buchner, the home of the grandparents. The youth was spent in the Lower Bavarian Which mountain at bow. After his schooling in Cham at the Joseph -von- Fraunhofer -Gymnasium Buchner it moved towards the artistic field of ceramics. At age 21, he received the master's certificate handed out and then opened a pottery in Straubing. 17 years later, his life changed almost overnight.
He had in 1982 by chance contact with the record industry attained an LP entitled " Haindling 1" recorded and maintained as a hobby by the way music was suddenly his new center of life. The group he founded, " Emily Haines " was awarded the German Record Prize with her first novel. Meanwhile Buchner is with Haindling a fixture in the West German music business and has in Bavaria cult status. As a film composer he has been living with Franz Xaver Bogner's television series and somehow Anyway, For freedom, Café perjury and The Emperor of Schexing as well as for its television films Madame farmer's wife and one-time act. In 1985 he wrote the film score for Xavier and his alien friend, 2003 Jennerwein and 2005 TV biography Margarete Steiff.
The over 300 year old inn in the district Geiselhöringer Haindling he has bought, renovated and prepared appropriately for its music, workshop and housing needs. He and his wife Ulrike Böglmüller operate there still masterful ceramic art.
Buchner's daughter Astrid Buchner joined as a saxophonist and singer several times as a guest on at concerts the group Haindling.
Honors
- Together with his then-girlfriend Ulrike Böglmüller him 1978, the Bavarian State Prize for Ceramics was awarded.
