Geography

Geographical Location

Haste is about 30 km west of Hanover, at the north-eastern boundary of the district of Schaumburg, south of the Mittelland Canal and the Haster forest in one of several roads cut through, but forest and an agricultural environment between the towns of Bad Nenndorf Wunstorf. History

  • The first mention is in Ev.Luth. Church Book of scorn Horst from the year in 1612. On the site of the old railroad board a small commercial area has developed. Larger farms are not located. The retail industry has settled on the main road.

Haste is a railway junction.
