Haste the Day

Haste the Day was a Christian Metalcore band from Carmel, Indiana.

Band History

One year after its foundation, the band released the EP independently That They May Know You. Two years later the debut album Burning Bridges, which was published under the Christian record label Solid State Records.

There followed in 2004 by another studio album until the singer Jimmy Ryan announced in late November 2005 of his exit. His last appearance was in Indianapolis on December 30, 2005. The remaining members continued the tour, using Stephen Keech of New Day Awakening, which later became a permanent member. Jimmy Ryan is currently the singer in the Mathcoreband trenches.

In June 2008, guitarist Jason Barnes had to leave the band because he is no longer a believer according to his own statements.

On 14 October 2008 the fourth studio album Dreamer appeared. On 29 June 2010 the album "Attack of the Wolf King " was released. On 23 November 2010, the band released the album Concerning the Way It Was. On the album, all songs from the first three albums of the band were.

Shortly afterwards, the band announced their dissolution and announced the tour dates for a farewell tour with A Plea for Purging, and The Chariot of North America.
