Hatohobei
Hatohobei or Tobi is an administrative state (i.e., an administrative area ) of Palau. Consisting of an island and an atoll administrative region has a land area of only 3 square kilometers and a total of 44 inhabitants ( 2005). It is located about 600 km south-west of Palau's capital Melekeok or the main island Babelthuap.
Capital is the village with the same Hatohobei on the island of Tobi. The languages of the population are Sonsorolesisch, Palauan and English.
The areas that belong to Hatohobei, make with the 200 km north islands of the state Sonsorol, a group that translates as "Southwest Islands of Palau " means.
