Heinrich Siedentopf

Heinrich Friedrich Siedentopf ( born January 12, 1906 in Hannover, † November 28, 1963 in Tübingen ) was a German astronomer.

Siedentopf 1933 was an associate professor of astronomy and between 1940-1946 Associate Professor of Astronomy in the University of Jena. He worked at the University Observatory and at the Astrophysical Institute.

The focus of his work was the astrophysics and the theory of periodic variable stars.
