Heinz Bosl

Heinz Bosl ( born November 21, 1946 in Stollhofen, today Rheinmünster, † June 12, 1975 in Munich) was a German dancer.

Bosl was in the 1970s, the star of the Munich National Theatre. He often appeared together with Margot Werner, Margot Fonteyn or Konstanze Vernon. Bosl marked the beginning of a brilliant international career, but died at the age of 28 from leukemia.

After his death, Konstanze Vernon, the Heinz -Bosl -Stiftung brought to life that encourages young ballet.
