The Henderson Glacier is a glacier in the Enterprise Hills in West Antarctica. The approximately 13 kilometer long glacier flowing from Schoeck Peak and Hoinkes peak to the northeast, where it flows east of Mount Rossman in the Union Glacier.

The glacier was mapped by United States Geological Survey as part of the acquisition of the Enterprise Hills in the years 1961-66 by site surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy. It was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names by Felix E. Henderson, a meteorologist in 1965 as a participant of the United States Antarctic Research Program worked on the Eights station.

In winter 2007, the Fuchs Foundation organized on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Commonwealth Trans- Antarctic Expedition of 1956-58, a research expedition to the area. Among other things, the distribution and properties of holes and Kryokonit occurring here braids were tested on the Henderson Glacier.
