Hisham Ikhtiyar

Hisham Bechtjar ( more transliteration into Hisham Ichtiyar; Arab هشام الاختيار, DMG Hisham al - ihtiyar; * 1941, † July 20, 2012 Damascus ) was a Syrian military. Most recently, he was national security adviser under President of Syria Bashar al -Assad.

Life
