The HMS Spearhead ( P263 ) was a submarine of the Royal Navy in World War II.

The Spearhead (English: spearhead ) was a boat of the fourth contract section of the successful S-Class. This is also referred to as a contract section Subtle class. She was laid on August 18, 1943 at Cammell Laird in the North West of England Birkenhead at Kiel, was launched on October 2, 1944 from the pile and was put into service by the Royal Navy on 21 December 1944.

The submarine was sold to Portugal in August 1948 and served until the second half of the 1960s when the Portuguese navy under the name Neptuno. The submarine was scrapped in Portugal in 1967.
