Hornstull metro station

Hornstull is an underground station of the Stockholm Metro. It is located in the Södermalm district. The station is owned by the Röda linjen the Stockholm subway system operated. The central location in the city center makes the station to one of the most frequented stations of the metro network. On a normal working day 16,000 commuters to climb here.

The station was taken on April 5, 1964 in operation, as the first section of Röda was inaugurated linjen between T- centralen and Fruängen or Örnsberg. The station was built in an open design. The station is located between the stations Liljeholmen and Zinkensdamm. Stockholm Central Station is just 3 km.
