Aziziye (until 2008 still Ilıca, Kurdish: Cermik ) is a town and administrative center of the homonymous district in the Turkish province of Erzurum in eastern Anatolia. The town has 40,350 inhabitants Aziziye and the county 52 403 (2008 ). Aziziye is located in the west of the province, bordering the province of Bayburt.
