Flat Iceland, in French Ile Plate, is a nation of Mauritius belonging to the island, which lies about 11 km from Cap Malheureux, the northernmost point of the main island of Mauritius in the neighborhood of the islands round Iceland, Ile aux Serpents and Coin de Mire. Immediately south-west next to Flat Iceland is the vegetation-free island Ilot Gabriel. At low tide, it is within walking distance of Flat from Iceland. To the north is the small rocky island Pigeon skirt.

On Flat Iceland is located next to one of the two active lighthouses of Mauritius also a cemetery from the 19th century, when the island was used by the British as a quarantine island. Here were people of malaria, smallpox or other diseases had succumbed, buried.

Today the island is a tourist destination for catamaran trips and dives.
