Istana Seri Menanti

The Istana Lama Seri Menanti (old palace Seri Menanti ) is one of the main attractions in the Malaysian state Negeri Sembilan. The built wooden palace was built in 1902-1908 as a residence for the head of state ( Yamtuan Besar ) of Negeri Sembilan. It does not nails, but hardwood bars hold together the tribes from which the palace was built. Today, the Istana Lama Seri Menanti acts as a museum.
