Jackie Groenen Noelle (born 17 December 1994 Poppel, Ravel ) is an originally Dutch soccer player. She is a Belgian since April 2013 and hopes to play in the future in the Belgian national team. Groenen is also active judoka.
Career
Clubs
Together with her sister Merel she began her soccer career at VV Riel and came across the Wilhelmina Boys for SV Rood - Wit Veldhoven. In January 2011, she moved with her sister to the German Bundesliga SG Essen- Schönebeck. For the club, she debuted in the Cup competition and on February 2, 2011 (15th Round ) in a 3-1 win in the away match against 1 FC Saarbrücken in the Bundesliga. For the season 2011/12 she moved to FCR 2001 Duisburg, for which she also took part for the first time at Bundesliga Cup. After she had promised the end of December 2013 MSV Duisburg, she released on 29 January 2014, her contract in Duisburg. Instead Groenen went to England.
National
In qualifying for the U-17 European Football Championships 2010 Women Groenen came to five appearances for the Dutch team in the finals she did not belong in the squad. March 31, 2012 Groenen debuted at the Dutch U-19 junior women. She had to give up, however, injured in the match against Iceland and could not participate in the other two taking place in the same week qualifying matches for U-19 European Championship. In 2012, she applied for the Belgian nationality in order to be able to play in the future in the Belgian national team.
Others
Jackie Groenen has won in judo sports a number of competitions. In the years 2007, 2008 and 2009, she was Dutch champion in the age group under 15 years. She has won this title in the weight class -32 kg. In 2010, she was runner-up in the Dutch weight class -44 kg. On March 6, 2010, she won the gold medal in Tilburg in the under 17 -year-old, and at the European Championships in June 2010 in Teplice, she won the bronze medal in the under 17 year olds in the weight category -40 kg. In February 2011, Groenen won in the junior category in the weight category -44 kg in the age group below 20 years the championship.
