Jane Reece

Jane B. Reece ( born April 15, 1944) is an American biologist and author.

Career

Jane B. Reece presented at Harvard University, a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the Master of Sciences in the discipline of microbiology she graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey. She changed subsequently to the University of California at Berkeley, where she received a doctorate in bacteriology in 1974. My dissertation topic was titled The recE pathway of genetic recombination in Escherichia coli. After her PhD, she did research at the Universities of UC. Berkeley and Stanford University for genetic recombination of bacteria. At Middlesex County College in New Jersey and the Queensborough Community College in New York, she taught biology. Reece came 1978 into editing at Benjamin Cummings and has since worked in scientific publishing.

Work

When Benjamin Cummings, it has contributed significantly to the publication as an editor of numerous known textbooks. Even she has, inter alia, published jointly with Neil A. Campbell several textbooks.
