Jean-Louis Cottigny

Jean -Louis Cottigny ( born September 12, 1950 in Hesdin ) is a French politician of the Socialist Party.

Cottigny worked as a laborer and regional advisers and was at the court of Arras Chairman of Joint Arbitration Committee for labor matters. In the PS, he was Party Secretary Corporate Affairs, initially in the Pas -de- Calais, and later at the national level. From 1989 to 2004 he was mayor of Beaurains, since 1992 he is the General Council of the department of Pas -de- Calais. In 1997 he moved according to the European Parliament for Bernard Kouchner. The re- election in 1999 failed, but in 2004 he succeeded in re-entry.
