Jean Prodromidès

Jean Prodromidès ( born July 3, 1927 in Neuilly -sur -Seine, Hauts -de -Seine, France ) is a French composer.

Biography

Jean Prodromidès comes from a family of Greek origin. His father was a lawyer and Jean studied both law and music, among other things, under Tony Aubin and Noël Gallon, at the Paris Conservatory. During his subsequent time in the army, he composed music for army movies and thus came up with the film music in touch. Although he mainly focused on lyrical and musical theater, Prodromidès debuted in 1956 in the comedy film, directed by Norbert Carbonnaux Courte tête as a film composer.
