Jiajiang County

Jiajiang (Chinese夹江 县, Pinyin Jiajiang Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture-level city of Leshan in China's Sichuan province. It has an area of 749 km ² and has about 350,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large village Yancheng (漹 城镇).

The Yang Gong towers ( que ) (Yang Gong que杨 公 阙) from the Han to the Song Dynasty and the Thousand Buddha caves of Jiajiang ( Jiajiang Qianfo yanshiku夹江 千佛岩 石窟) are since 2006 on the list of monuments the People's Republic of China.
