Johan Edfors

Johan Edfors ( born October 10, 1975 in Varberg ) is a Swedish professional golfer on the European Tour.

He proposed in 1997 a professional career and played for many years on the low doped Challenge Tour before he was able to win two tournaments in 2003 there and qualified for the senior European Tour. The first season on the big tour was not successful enough, but Edfors managed again to gain eligibility to play on the Tour School. In 2006, he then achieved a breakthrough but with two successes at the TCL Classic and shortly afterwards at the prestigious British Masters. In July, followed by the third and - with over € 577,000 - most valuable European Tour victory at the Barclays Scottish Open at Loch Lomond.

Johan Edfors is domiciled in Dubai.
