Johann Parler

Johann Parler ( czech January Parléř; * probably in 1359 in Prague, † 1405 or 1406), also called Johann Parler the Younger, was an important architect of the German family Parler.

He is the son of the German architect Peter Parler. After the death of his father, he led a number of years, work on the St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague. Among his most famous work includes the Cathedral of St. Barbara in Kutna Hora, whose first architect he has been ( the cathedral is now on the list of UNESCO world heritage ); in Kutna Hora, he also built the chapel Wälsche.
