John Faulkner
John Faulkner ( born April 12, 1954 in Leeton, New South Wales) is an Australian politician.
Life
After leaving school, Faulkner studied art and pedagogy. After his studies, he was first a teacher and then working as a politician. Faulkner is a member of the Australian Labor Party. From 1989 to 2010 Faulkner worked as a Senator in the Australian Senate. Since June 2009 he is the successor of Joel Fitzgibbon Minister of Defence in Australia.
Faulkner wrote during his career several books on political issues.
Faulkner has two children is divorced with the politician Sandra Nori, from which he is.
