José Narro Robles

Narro Robles José Ramón ( born December 5, 1948 in Saltillo ) is a Mexican physician, politician and President- Rector of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México ( UNAM). He is a member of the Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI ), and there President of the Fundación Siglo XXI (German: Foundation 21st century).

Biography

Narro studied at the medical faculty of the UNAM and graduated in 1973 with the title as a surgical physician ( Médico cirujano ) and honorable mention from. As of January 1974, he was part of the medical staff at the UNAM. This was followed by postgraduate studies on the medical campus of the University of Birmingham from 1976 until 1978.
