Julie Beth Johnston ( born April 6, 1992, Phoenix, Arizona) is an American soccer player who plays for the Chicago Red Stars since the 2014 season.

Career

Association

Johnston played during her studies at Santa Clara University for the local high school team, the Santa Clara Broncos. When college draft to NWSL - season 2014, it was drafted in the first round in third place by the Chicago Red Stars.

National

Johnston played for the U-15, U -18, U-20 and U-23 teams in the USA and participated among others in the U- 20 World Cup in 2012, when she won with her team the title and personally was honored as the third- best player of the tournament behind Dzsenifer Marozsán and the Japanese Hanae Maeda with the Bronze Ball.

On February 9, 2013, it came in a friendly against Scotland for the first time for the A Selection of the USA for use.
