Taylor Vancil

Taylor Vancil (born 18 May 1991) is an American soccer goalkeeper who stands since the 2013 season with the Chicago Red Stars in the National Women's Soccer League under contract.

Career

Association

Vancil started her career in the summer of 2009 in the W - League hopefuls Real Colorado Cougars. The beginning of 2013 she was engaged by the College Draft for newly NWSL in the third round at position 17 from Chicago and gave her league debut on May 24, 2013 against Western New York Flash as a replacement for Erin McLeod.

National

Vancil played internationally for the U -17 and U-20 selections of the United States. With the U-17 they took in 2008 at the World Cup in New Zealand in part, was at the tournament always in the starting lineup of the U.S. and only lost in the final of the team from North Korea. Vancil was there awarded the Golden Glove as the best goalkeeper of the tournament.
