Kağızman

Kağızman (Armenian Կագհզւան / Kaghzuan, Kurdish Kaxizman ) is a town and a district of Kars Province in north-eastern Turkey. Kağızman is located in the south of the province and borders the provinces of Ağrı and Iğdır. The district has 48 898 inhabitants Kağızman, the city 17,597 (as of 2011 ).

In the district of the Armenian Eghegnamor Monastery is from the 11th century.
