Kanger-Ghati-Nationalpark

The Kanger - Ghati National Park is a national park in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. It is situated 27 kilometers southeast of Jagdalpur on Kholaba river in Bastar district and has an area of 200 km ².

The Kanger - Ghati National Park was established in 1982. The name is derived from the Kanger River, which flows through the park from the northwest towards the southeast. Kanger Ghati is, accordingly Kanger Valley. Animals that can be encountered in this area are rare Großkantschil ( mouse deer ), the junglefowl and Bengal Tigers and Indian Leopards. Bhaimsa Dharha is, the crocodile park in the Kanger Ghati.

In addition to a wide range of flora and fauna of the National Park has many other attractions. These include the caves Kutamsar, Kailash and Dandak and Tiratgarh waterfall.
