Karol Marko

Karol Marko ( born April 2, 1966 in Bratislava ) is a former Slovak football player and current football coach.

Player

As a player, Marko did not come on the second Slovakian league addition.

Coach

Marko began as an assistant coach at SKP Devin. He then held the same position at FK Lamač and in the A- youth of Rapid Bratislava operates. About his wife, who is from Mexico, he came to a commitment to the Mexican third division club Jaguares de Acapulco. After his return to Slovakia Marko coached the B team of Rapid Bratislava and was then assistant at TJ Veľké Leváre and the ŠK Slovan Bratislava. In the first half of 2005, he worked as an assistant coach at the Polish first division club Gornik Zabrze.

For the season 2005/ 06 he became an assistant at FK AS Trenčín, in March, he was promoted to the head coach position he held until October 2006. In February 2007, he joined as an assistant coach for MFK Ružomberok, in September, he was head coach of the Czech second division club FC Highlands Jihlava. For the 2009/10 season changed Marko 1 FK Pribram.

In Italy, he completed several internships, including one at Udinese Calcio, AC Cesena and the end of 2006, Hellas Verona.
