Katarína Knechtová

Katarína Knechtová ( born March 14, 1981 in Prešov ) is a Slovak pop singer.

Life

Knechtová worked until 1997 as the lead singer of the pop group Prešov IMT Smile. She was the lead singer of the pop group PEHA, which was awarded the title of "Discovery of the Year" by the Slovak Academy of Music in 1999. 2001 Knechtová later received the award Slovak Aurel in the category "Best Singer ", with which she was honored in 2005. In addition to her work as a singer, she is also active as a composer, lyricist and musician.
