Katowice Open

The WTA tournament in Katowice ( officially: BNP Paribas Open Katowice ) is a women's tennis tournament of the WTA Tour, which will take place in 2013 in the Polish city of Katowice. It replaced the tour calendar, the tournament in Copenhagen. The game is played in the multi-purpose hall Spodek on sand. The next tournament will take place from 7 to 13 April 2014.

From 2014 is not played on clay courts but hard courts.
